Citadel, Castle or "Qal'a" in Herat is historic an place which is remained intact. It is in the center of Herat. There are Bazaars in the surroundings.
Some parts of if it were destroyed, but after that the citadel has been reconstructed like it was before. It was made by the Greeks. Builded for Alexander.
